Mentors (teachers) are honored and respected by ALL in the educational community; Parents, Scholars, Administration, Teammates. They are trusted to do the job of their profession and given the freedom to be autonomous in the presentation of lessons that are cross curricular. They are paid for their expertise!
Cross-Curricular Learning in a scholé environment that is peaceful, orderly, and allows for constant reflection and evaluation of a scholars’ own learning along with application of that learning in the real world via internships with non-profit organizations that need our young resources.
Small Groupings – like what is shown in these clips – are the key to building relationships for learning, and accountability for scholars to be their very best, excelling in knowledge and application and experiencing success. The ratio of adults to students is very small. We will aim for the smallest ratio possible by leveraging Mentors, Instructors, and Parents.
